WHAT'S NEW?
The following revisions have been made to the 2009 Info Source publications.
1) Info Source: Sources of Federal Employee Information (Employee Book) has been incorporated into Info Source: Sources of Federal Government Information Main Book) to form one publication entitled: Info Source: Sources of Federal Government Information. This will allow the public to find information about individual institutions more easily and in one location.
For your convenience, the files you will receive from TBS to update your submission, will already contain all content from the Employee Book and the Main Book including all Institution-Specific, Central, and Standard Personal Information Banks.
2) In support of the environment, Info Source will be published in electronic format (CD) and online only. There will no longer be any hard copy print versions.
3) Descriptions of all Standard Classes of Records have been revised. Please see Appendix B for the new descriptions and a Table of Revisions. Institutions are responsible for updating the list of Standard Classes of Records in their 2009 Info Source Chapter.
