Subject: Rates of pay for certain employees excluded from collective bargaining

In light of the recent signing of the PSAC - Table 1 collective agreement, I have authorised similar increases in rates of pay for employees excluded from collective bargaining within these groups.

The groups and levels affected are as follows:

• Administrative Services Group - AS-7/8;
• Information Services Group - IS-6;
• Programme Administration Group-Mediation/Conciliation Officer Sub-Group - PM-MCO;
• Welfare Programmes Group - WP-7;

The Director of Human Resources in your organisation has been notified of these increases and provided with the revised rates of pay.
